Jackson was a fairly large operation for its time, there were several departments like the wood shop, finishing area , buffing and assembly.So they employed alot of people who did alot of things but never built the entire guitar if you follow me. I was head of warrantee /repair so I dealt with artists alot. That being said , there were times when they wanted speacial attention and I was the one who would assemble & setup those artist guitars. IM sure i did that one for Robin Crosby and I also did one of two snake skin ones for Warren Dimartini. Regards gil

1. Für die Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen der Firma music-outlet-shop und dem Kunden gelten die nachfolgenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen in ihrer jeweils gültigen Fassung. Abweichende Geschäftsbedingungen des Kunden gelten nicht.

2. Sämtliche Angebote, unabhängig davon, ob sie telefonisch, per Telefax, Internet, E-Mail oder in sonstiger Weise erteilt werden, sind für die Firma music-outlet-shop erst verbindlich, wenn sie schriftlich bestätigt worden sind bzw. die Ware zur Auslieferung gebracht und/oder eine Rechnung erteilt wurde.

3. Die Firma music-outlet-shop behält sich vor, die versprochene Leistung nicht zu erbringen, wenn sich nach Vertragsschluss herausstellt, dass die Ware nicht verfügbar ist, obwohl ein entsprechendes Deckungsgeschäft abgeschlossen wurde. In einem solchen Fall erhält der Kunde unverzüglich Nachricht. Eventuell bereits erbrachte Gegenleistungen des Kunden werden unverzüglich erstattet. Weitere Ansprüche des Kunden gegen die Firma music-outlet-shop sind ausgeschlossen.

§ 2 Lieferung
1. Wir liefern die Ware gemäß den mit Ihnen getroffenen Vereinbarungen. Anfallende Versandkosten sind jeweils bei der Produktbeschreibung aufgeführt und werden von uns gesondert auf der Rechnung ausgewiesen. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass bei einem Versand ins Ausland eventuell höhere Versandkosten, Zölle und Gebühren oä. anfallen können. Liefertermine und Lieferfristen sind nur verbindlich, wenn sie von uns schriftlich bestätigt wurden.
2. Soweit wir die Lieferung der Ware nicht oder nicht vertragsgemäß erbringen, so müssen Sie uns zur Bewirkung der Leistung eine Nachfrist von zwei Wochen setzen. Ansonsten sind Sie nicht berechtigt, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.

3. Angaben über Lieferfristen sind grundsätzlich unverbindlich, es sei denn, es wurde eine bestimmte Lieferfrist schriftlich vereinbart.

§ 3 Widerrufsrecht

Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von einem Monat ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z. B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail) oder – wenn Ihnen die Sache vor Fristablauf überlassen wird – durch Rücksendung der Sache widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform, jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empfänger (bei der wiederkehrenden Lieferung gleichartiger Waren nicht vor Eingang der ersten Teillieferung) und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer Informationspflichten gemäß Artikel 246 § 2 in Verbindung mit § 1 Abs. 1 und 2 EGBGB sowie unserer Pflichten gemäß § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in Verbindung mit Artikel 246 § 3 EGBGB. In allen anderen ällen trägt die Firma music-outlet shop die Kosten der  der Rücksendung. Nicht paketfähige Ware wird von einem von uns beauftragten Transportunternehmen abgeholt

 
§ 4 Gewährleistungen und Schadensersatzansprüche

1. Liegt ein von der Firma music-outlet-shop zu vertretender Mangel der Kaufsache vor, ist die Firma music-outlet-shop nach eigener Wahl zur Mängelbeseitigung oder zur Ersatzlieferung berechtigt. Die Firma music-outlet-shop behebt den Mangel auf eigene Kosten in ihrer Firma. Die Rücksendung der Ware muss frei an die Firma music-outlet-shop erfolgen. Es bleibt der Firma music-outlet-shop aber überlassen, ob sie die Mängelbeseitigung von einem anderen, dem Wohnort des Kunden nähergelegenen Fachmann, ausführen lässt. Ist die Firma music-outlet-shop zu dieser Leistung nicht bereit oder nicht in der Lage oder verzögert sich diese über einen angemessenen Zeitraum hinaus aus Gründen, die die Firma music-outlet-shop zu vertreten hat oder schlägt in sonstiger Weise die Mängelbeseitigung / Ersatzlieferung fehl, ist der Kunde nach seiner Wahl berechtigt, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten oder eine entsprechende Herabsetzung des Kaufpreises (Minderung) zu verlangen. Bei nur geringfügigen Mängeln steht dem Kunden jedoch kein Rücktrittsrecht zu.

2. Die Gewährleistungsfrist für neue Waren beträgt  bei Verbrauchern 24 Monate. Die Frist beginnt mit Gefahrübergang zu laufen. Die Gewährleistungsfrist für gebrauchte Waren beträgt bei Verbrauchern 12 Monate. Ist der Kunde Unternehmer im Sinne des §14 BGB, so beträgt die Gewährleistungsfrist für neue Waren ein Jahr und für gebrauchte Waren sechs Monate ab Gefahrübergang. Zur Fristwahrung genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Ware oder die Anmeldung des Gewährleistungsanspruches.

§ 5 Fälligkeit und Zahlungsbedingungen

Die Rechnungen der Firma music-outlet-shop sind - soweit nicht schriftlich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde - unverzüglich und ohne Abzug per Banküberweisung zahlbar. Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive 19 %  Mehrwertsteuer. Die anfallenden Versandkosten sind bei jedem unserer Angebote im Versandkostenfeld  aufgeführt. Für den Zahlungsverzug gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.


§ 6 Eigentumsvorbehalt

1. Bei Verträgen mit Verbrauchern im Sinne von §13 BGB behält sich die Firma music-outlet-shop das Eigentum bis zur vollständigen Zahlung des Kaufpreises vor. Bei Kunden, die nicht Verbraucher sind, bleibt die gelieferte Ware bis zur vollständigen Zahlung aller gegen den Kunden bestehenden Ansprüche, einschließlich aller Nebenforderungen, im Eigentum der Firma music-outlet-shop.

2. Der Kunde ist nicht berechtigt, die Ware bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises an Dritte zu veräußern oder sonstige, das Eigentum der Firma music-outlet-shop gefährdende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen. Der Kunde tritt bereits jetzt seine künftigen Ansprüche gegenüber dem Erwerber in Höhe des zwischen der Firma music-outlet-shop und dem Kunden vereinbarten Kaufpreises samt Zinsen und Nebenforderungen an die Firma music-outlet-shop ab. Die Firma music-outlet-shop nimmt diese Abtretung an.

§ 7 Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand

1. Es gilt ausschließlich deutsches Recht unter Ausschluß des UN-Kaufrechts.

2. Erfüllungsort für alle Leistungen aus der mit der Firma music-outlet-shop bestehenden Geschäftsbeziehungen ist Köln.

3. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für Klagen gegen die Firma music-outlet-shop ist Köln. Dieses gilt auch für Klagen der Firma music-outlet-shop gegen den Kunden, soweit der Kunde Kaufmann, juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder öffentlich-rechtliches Sondervermögen ist.

§ 8 Schlussbestimmung

Sollten einzelne dieser Bestimmungen - gleich aus welchem Grund - nicht zur Anwendung gelangen, so wird dadurch die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht berührt.

Musician’s Friend only accepts returns made within the first 45 days from shipment.**

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 45-day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Should you decide to return your shipment, please follow the return steps printed on the back of your invoice and pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment. All returns must:

1. Include a Return Authorization Number;

2. Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument;

3. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.

**Stringed instruments priced at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of shipment. Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed.

The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened or unused: strings, reeds, computers, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, sheet music, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.

Auction is for this Jackson DKMG Dinky.

Its sapphire blue.

Jackson Floyd Rose with EMG HZ pickups.

Archtop 24 fret with reverse headstock.

Cream binding on neck and headstock.

Has a EMG active TurboCharger push/pull pot.

Plays like a true Jackson. Great action on this one.

Appears to be signed by Queensryche. Signature is dated 2008. I could not make out who signed it, though

The body does have some chips in the finish and some scratches. Most have been touched up (see pictures).

Neck has a ding or two and a small chip on end of headstock.

Nice rich rosewood fretboard with great color and wood grain! The wood grain is nice and tight on this one.

Frets show little wear!

And, it plays and sounds AWESOME!

Truss rod works fine.

Missing whammy bar.

   For sale is my 1997 Jackson USA SL 1 Soloist in Snow White.  The guitar is in excellent condition especially for a fifteen year guitar,  comes with the original pickups, tuners, bridge, and case etc.  The neck on this neck thru guitar is not painted as is your typical Jackson soloist.  The original owner told me that the guitar was a special order and and the guitar was not modified after leaving the factory.  I don't know about any of that but the neck is smooth and fast and it looks just like the necks on my many Jackon Dinky's.    Guitar has been kept in my pet free, smoke free home over the past three year and to my knowledge the guitar has never been gigged.  Also included is the original harshell case in fair condition.
